"on 06/11 so called "doctor" managed to drop the screwdriver in my throat. It ended up in my stomach and required me two trips to hospitals and endoscopicall intervention under the general anesthesia. As I was told by gastroenterologist the situation could turn deadly. Avoid! Avoid!"
