"I love this place so much. Everyone is so nice and respectful. Brittney is my fav, she literally saved my birthday photoshoot because of how well she executed my desired style. The owner Najee is also the absolute sweetest. I recommend this place to every natural black girl. Forgive me as I forget their wash girls name, but she is also so nice and I loved the way she defangled my hair!! Super gentle. Ketia is also super nice and communicative. The only con about the salon is that it’s superrrr hard to get in contact with them. They don’t answer their phone often, so if you have questions regarding your appointment it might be hard to hear from them before the fact. I called periodically throughout a day before my last appointment and didn’t get an answer. I tried again the following day and did get an answer and Najee was soooo helpful and supportive. Recently, I even had to unfortunately cancel an upcoming appointment because they weren’t responsive and you can’t edit your service online. They are a busy salon , the services are 10/10, so I understand it might be hard to stay at the phone when tending to so many people. I hope they can get a receptionist to remedy this soon. Regardless, you will not regret getting your hair done at The Beauty Cave."
