"I had a really positive experience here my first time and particularly really appreciated that there was a barber to help me with my undercut and then the hairdressers to help me with my hair. However, in my most recent visit i asked Maria to help me shorten my Face framing just a smidge and she then proceeded to give me the most back job of side bangs.. (she literally cut them directly horizontal) and i kept trying to ask her to adjust them because it was not what i was looking for at all and she seemed irritated with me and at the end snatched the cash payment? I thought i found a neighborhood gem but i will unfortunately not be coming back here any time soon."

"My hair was cut by Christina. Today was my first time there, I've been getting my hair cut by the same hairstylist for over 20 years. Unfortunately, she retired. Very fortunately I got to sit in Christina's chair today, and got her to cut my hair. This experience was nerve-wracking. Someone new to cut my hair, changes are never easy. However, this was the exception. I enjoyed the quality of service, professionalism and overall outcome. I got layers, she did a fantastic job cutting it. She didn't take long, and she cut my hair dry- as I asked. She takes such pride in her work, and frankly very rightly so. I am a happy customer.
