"Honestly I really wanted to be a regular. It was a very reasonable price for the hair treatment I received (and it was explained why I was charged the price, which is great)! And my hair was very well done with impressive attention to detail. My main issue is that I understand Spanish and heard them speak disparagingly about my hair texture. I overheard them say things about my hair that it makes the work cost more, it’s difficult, etc. If it weren’t for these things I would happily come back - but no one should feel like a burden in a hair salon for the texture of hair they have. I came here because I trusted the experts and not because I thought the experts would critique what I was born with. I am disappointed."
