I wanted a paticular style but the owner and hairstylist insisted it will come out great using the hot roller iron.( now I realize it's just faster easy work for business for THEM) My hair did NOT look anything as to what I wanted. I had to sit down in the chair again for them to use the brush and blow out my hair( which is what I originally asked for) . The owner also charges you different price every time you go. So after this episode never walked back into this salon! I looked at the review from owner today on my post which I wrote a while ago. She responded by lieing to say I did NOT know what I wanted. Clearly there is no coming back from What she has done. Why would you ask to redo my hair again???? Knowing that I did not get the results I asked for!!! If you want to make a come back from Your mistakes then you should accept what you did was wrong and find a way to do things better with new or old clients instead you come in here and be unprofessional! That would be the correct way of being a PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS OWNER. Goodluck you gonna need it."
