Add to that the fact that everyone there is so pleasant and helpful. It costs a bundle but at Fekkai Soho you truly get what you pay for."

"I was a long time client of Frederic Fekkai, but I won't be going back. Bad service for the price $200 for a hair cut, should have some respect and common decency that comes along with it. Don't get me wrong the hair cut is excellent, but there was no massage during the shampoo. Also I sat for about 20 mins after my hair was blown out waiting for my hair dresser to finish his other client, so he could finish my hair. This in turn made me late for my nail appointment. Then the nail technician tricked me into using a long lasting nail polish and forgot to mention that it would be an extra charge. The restrooms were dirty and the man in the coat room hit on me. It was very awkward because that's where you change into your robe and it should be a comfortable place. I will never go back here. Worst experience ever."
