"My car wouldn’t start, and Ludlow Garage told me that it was a battery issue. A few days after getting the battery replaced, I try to turn on the car again, but once again it wouldn’t start. I took it to another mechanic, and they pointed out the issue right away. It turns out a rat had chewed through the wires. They showed me the problem, and having looked at it myself, it seemed pretty obvious what the issue was. I’m really surprised that Ludlow garage didn’t notice it. The problem cost me a full battery replacement plus labor and a battery jump, probably totaling $400 in unnecessary costs."
