"That the overall reviews are bad must be a reason. I regret that I didn’t listen. I'm truly dissatisfied with this facility. Despite my dad having top-notch health insurance, the doctor initially assured us of coverage for both temporary wax dentures and permanent dentures of superior quality. The rationale behind recommending a temporary denture was to allow two months for healing and bone growth after extracting bad teeth, ensuring a better fit for the permanent denture. However, after two months with the temporary denture, continuous inquiries revealed that the insurance was pending. Shockingly, after waiting for six months, we received an Explanation of Benefits stating my dad could only have one set of dentures in five years. Had we known this earlier, we would have opted for the permanent denture, even if it meant going without teeth for two months. Now, he's stuck with the wax denture for another 4.5 years, and the whole situation is both absurd and based on false information. Plus, you need to watch if the staff changes his gloves after the prior patient…"

"I wish I could give a 0. This was actually one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any kind of medical office. It’s disappointing to know that anyone doing clerical work would not run your insurance coming prior to an appointment. Not only was my appointment at 5:15 they weren’t even able to come up with an answer regarding my insurance because it was already 6 o’clock. I would never recommend this office. They were playing rock music, it felt greasy, the girls in the front were rude, unprofessional and had been speaking about the patients once they left the lobby. Don’t go here if you want to have a good experience. Mind you it’s next to a pizza shop and it doesn’t even have a sign indicating where the office is located. Huge red flag why is it hidden next to a pizza shop in a building with miscellaneous stores. If you ever want to get your teeth done please go to Ramapo oral surgery in Suffern. It’s an absolutely amazing to have your teeth removed. And they would recommend you to the most qualified dentist in the county."

"This place is horrible! Do not go!! My boyfriend had a wisdom tooth removed… got an infection, the oral surgeon left some of the tooth in, put 2 holes in his tongue with the drill. The surgeon dropped a tool on floor and put back in his mouth . 90 minutes in the chair, broke his tooth and caused him awful pain. He had to go to another surgeon to fix it. Do not go to this dirty awful place"
