"One among the worst!!! My appointment was at 2 pm- I was insisted to be at least 30 mins early by the receptionist. My name was called only at 2.57 and doctor saw me at 3. 20 - they claimed the first visit as general checkup and the checkup lasted for whopping 5 mins . Doctor just checked X-ray suggested root canal- didn't even ask whether it's painful or didnt even bother to do a two min examination. can't rate negative hence giving one star. Receptionists at the front were rude, not at all helpful and the way they were treating people seeking information was pathetic. Are there any authorities to lodge a formal complaint ? Usually I don't leave any review comments- my experience was so bad so decided to leave this comment."

"Horrible place so I went to my appointment for my filling that fell out and the doctors says it’s fine but there food getting suck and causing bad breath from that tooth also it has big hole causing tooth decay. So when I came in she didn’t re fill my cavity leaving it like this letting it rot. It is causing me pain."

"Absolutely the worst experience ever. I asked office manager for help and she refused until I told her I wouldn't leave until helped. They blamed 3 patients in a row for coming in on the wrong day until one man showed the appt card that they wrote. Difficult to even get acknowledged until you ask them for help several times. Rude, dismissive and unprofessional. The business mgr dresses like a discount escort service employee. Just plain mean people."

"BEWARE! It's a dental office behind a fast food restaurant in a mall. I guess I should have expected what I was getting myself into!!! Rude, impatient staff, especially the doctors. I have a fear of going to the dentist and they made it worse by being so pushy and hurting me a few times when I said something was uncomfortable (and they kept doing the things I said hurt with no sympathy or empathy). Also, extremely rough. No bedside manner at all. If I could give them negative stars I would! Avoid at all costs! PS- They advertise Oral Surgery, but when I needed it they told me they didn't do it and I had to have that part done elsewhere."

"I have been going to this practice for many years. I have found the staff pleasant and helpful. I have never had a long wait or had any issues with the service or treatment. I take my children here and they have had positive experiences as well. They are not only professional, personable, and accessible, they are great with young children. I highly recommend this dental practice."
