Caring, personal, knowledgeable, and provided the attention and time needed to manage your dental needs. If you remember the days of having a doctor who spends time with you and not only cares about your condition but you has a person, well there are a few left and he is one of them."

"Dr. Jallad is an amazing dentist and person as are his team, Irena and Nancy. I was scrambling to find a dentist to see my mother, as it was an emergency and she needed to see someone quickly. I spoke to Irena and after explaining the need for an appointment sooner than later, she scheduled us for the following day. After examining my mother and seeing that she needed a procedure to fix something that was negatively affecting her, Dr. Jallad explained the need for the procedure, the process and healing time. He was very patient, sympathetic (it was a difficult procedure for my mom to come to terms with), understanding and caring. He answered every question, several times, explained the procedure several times and did not pressure us into making any decisions; nor did he use any fear tactic or talk down to my mother, which was what she experienced with her previous dentist. Dr. Jallad and Nancy were kind, caring and it felt like they truly cared about my mother's well being. Needless to say, my mother's procedure was completed without any issues and she is healing well. Finding a good dentist that checks all the boxes, especially when it comes to elderly folks, is not easy so I am glad I came across Dr. Jallad and had the pleasure of working with him.
