"My appointment was at 1:30 the lady who was supposed to do my hair Brittany didn’t start till 1:40 washed my hair then kept me in a chair for an hr and half I wasn’t under a dryer or nothing she just wanted to finish her other clients hair that was after me. This was my first and last time coming I ended up leaving I have work at 4 told her that and she still kept me in the chair this is highly unacceptable I was so tired from waiting I fell asleep in my chair. I will never be coming here again i guess they only prioritize regulars because they treated a new customer very horrible"

"Decided to try this salon for the first time after reading the great reviews. Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. I came 5 mins early for my 10:15am silk wrap/trim appt and a lady at the desk told me my appt was for Janen. I waited 15 mins before I asked when I would be seen and was told Janen is shampooing someone. I already knew this would be a bad experience and I should’ve left. After 30mins of waiting I was taken to get shampooed. Then my hair was detangled from roots to ends (that’s an no no) and braided in 4 plaits. I sat under the dryer for an hour while she finished her other client. When I got in the chair I had to ask for heat protectant and was told they specialize in natural hair so my hair would be fine without it. I still asked for it. The silk wrap was good which is why I still gave 2 stars but the service is terrible. There is no accountability for making people wait, too many breaks, trying to service two people at a time instead of focusing on one and actually giving them good service."

"Short and simple. My hair was dry and needed a trim. Went in for a silk wrap and trim. Went home happy. My hair feels so much better and my confidence is back. Janen did an amazing job. You can tell she loves with she does. I will continue to go back."
