I love that they have high end brands like Chanel and Laura Mercier, but also all my drug store favorites like LaRoche-Posay and RoC. Even during the holiday crush they had everything i needed in stock. I interacted with many staff members who were available to help, and they were all gracious and kind."

"I had an horrible experience there today. It seems as the people work here do not want to work. I asked the young lady for help with finding an item she seem so uninterested and half helped me. I noticed she was rushing to help me so she can stand in a circle and talk with the other associates. I do see associates running to help customers whom are NOT POC tho. I went to another associate to ask for help with an item she looked me in my face and walked away. I felt so disrespected on this shopping experience today especially since I spent almost $800 this morning and had went back to exchange a few items. Will never return to this location again!!"
