"Kris did a beautiful job cutting my long hair to shoulder length based on a picture I provided her. She made sure both sides were even, and ensured I was comfortable with the length. The Hair Spa found a new regular customer. Thank you, ladies for making me feel welcomed and a valued customer. See you in January for my trim. UPDATE: Kris is still the best! Been a year and I won't let anyone else touch my hair."

"The Hairstylist Lisa was so knowledgeable and nice at the same time. Their saloon is clean and welcoming. The only suggestion I want to give is when you consult with a customer first ask them what they want. Don’t assume what they want. It was repeated to me 10-12 times that keratin treatment will not give me straight hair. Oh and it was mentioned to me 7 times that I buy the shampoo or the treatment is no good. That was my consultation. Funny part is I do not want straight hair, I just want no freeze. I did my research and by searching online and going to other salons, where they didn’t comsult but I asked a lot of questions and they asked me what I wanted. I was honest with them and told them I have a hairstylist whom I like and I am here for information. But they consulted with me instead of my hairstylist."

"Krista was really great! Provided her with some Pinterest pics when I arrived and she achieved the results accordingly. I got curtain bangs and she patiently cut off little by little on the bangs, asking if I was happy with the length. Very happy with my haircut since it was loooooong due. Something to be mindful though- you can't tip on card! So be sure to have cash on hand :) Would come here again!"
