"Went in for an acne facial and left feeling re energized and relaxed. The salon was empty when I came in, very clean. Mercedes led me to the back room for the facial and analyzed my face and was very insightful and seemed to know her stuff. The facial was very relaxing, I ended up falling asleep and funny enough she extended the time of the facial to let me sleep longer. Overall the whole experience for what I paid for ( groupon price $55) totally worth it and much needed."

"Hi, I went for hair conditioning it was great. She explained me my hair type and how to save my hair from hair loss and maintenance. However she sold me shampoo and mask and verum. On my way back home I checked prices online which was way cheaper than what she charged me. She also charged me for taxes, another point to hate this place. She did my keratin as well and it didn’t turn out the way it was suppose to be. My hair is as it is. Now when I asked her for refund atleast 50% because I didn’t see the difference she DENIED. I paid so much and got no good service. I feel betrayed and I need my money back! It costed me around 500$ plus for everything. I hope I get my money back."
