"I wish I could rate a 0 bc this place is terrible at customer service. My sister in law and I booked an appointment for 5 pm around my severely busy schedule. We walked in early and yet they were busy. I told them I made an appointment for 5 and they said oh ok. Well, it’s 5:30 and I’m still waiting. I finally had it and we walked out. Then they had a nerve to ask me if I could come back tomorrow. I’m beyond furious and upset. I will no longer be doing my eyebrows here and they lost three clients."
