"Do NOT pay her any money upfront unless she shows you the full Invisalign workup first (not the preview automatically created after your scan) She tried to charge me $575 dollars upfront before the Invisalign plan was made. Other offices will do this for FREE just have to call around. Her response as to why it wasn't free was "everyone runs their offices differently". She also inaccurately measured my midline. She eyeballed it and said off by 9mm. My midline is off by 3.5mm (measured at another ortho). She was off by a whole tooth! Additionally the same person that "sanitizes" the rooms also walks around the office holding a small dog. Unprofessional and unsanitary. Update: In response to the owners reply. I never threatened anyone with a negative review if a work up was not done for free. This is a lie and misleading other people. Out of frustration I said if they wanted the review taken down the price will be $575. To be honest I wouldn't remove this review for $1000. People need to know this information. Trust me people, call around first."

"My son loves going to see Dr Jacquie. I love how she makes the patients feel like rock stars. She worked hard to find alternative solutions to get orthodontic results my son needed. The staff is efficient, super nice, professional and very patient. Would give 6 stars if I could!"
