"I have been going to the same dental office for the past 45 years. So disappointed with the hygienist that worked on my families teeth today. She cut up my gums something awful during my cleaning and both my children complained of the same issue. My daughter has a medical condition that is in her chart and since I was the first of three of us to go, I reminded the hygienist of this. I told her that my daughter has celiac disease to please make sure that any of the products they are putting into her mouth are gluten-free and she needs a very clean environment so that she does not get sick. When I book the appointment I had scheduled with the hygienist who has been with taking care of our teeth for multiple years and knows the situation, and how to keep my daughter safe. When they called me into the back for my appointment, I asked where our regular hygienist was and they said oh she’s off today. My response was really because when you all rescheduled my three appointments for next Tuesday to Friday, I was assured that our regular hygienist would be working . I received no response. Within 10 minutes of my daughter having her teeth cleaned she was violently ill due to The product is being used in her mouth for the cleaning.. Also, the doctor stuck his hands in my daughters mouth without gloves, which is disgusting. My daughter did not have time to react."
