"This dentist & his staff have NO compassion what so ever..... they don’t care and boy does it show. I’m guessing this dentist doesn’t know too much about saving teeth because he wanted to pull out 7 good teeth and give me a denture. Also, he just about demanded that I have a tooth pulled when all it needed was a root canal. I had a broken front tooth and they made me an appt. a month and a half later? Not very compassionate nor is that good for business. Sorry to say but I would NEVER refer anyone to go to him."

"If I could leave 0 stars for this establishment I would. The staff is completely incompetent and the dentist, Dr. Lesser, takes absolutely no pride in his practice, or the clients' experience. After leaving work early and giving away $300 tickets to a yankee game the staff claimed that I did not have an appointment. Rather than apologizing and trying to provide a solution the woman at the front desk proceeded to scream at me uncontrollably. I understand that sometimes people hire young, immature staff so I could look past this. However, the doctor himself subsequently emerged to echo the screaming that was coming from the receptionist. I was completely appalled. I have never been to a more unprofessional, poorly run establishment in my entire life. Going to the dentist is never fun. Do yourself a favor and avoid any incremental stress caused by making an appointment at this office."
