From the moment I walked into the office, Susan, the officer manager welcomed me with her genuine enthusiasm, friendliness and desire to make me feel comfortable. She's truly delightful and continues to reach out to me as needed. Dr. Breiterman is an outstanding, highly skilled dedicated professional who is knowledgeable, understanding, caring, personable, very patient and offered me a treatment plan that was concise and understandable with every detail. I needed an opening in my sinus closed. He answered all my questions and continues to do so at every visit. I came into the office with major dental issues, teeth extractions, sinus lift complications (from another dentist's procedures) and several infections over the months that wouldn't go away and thus needed immediate surgery. Immediately head scans were taken and discussed with me so I fully and clearly understood the process and the extend of the infection. (I am in this for the long run with other necessary treatments, plans, implants, etc.) Surgery was performed within a few weeks after my initial consultation with his most competent and friendly assistant Darya. Dr. Breiterman was actually quite gentle, reassuring during surgery and explaining what he was doing in my mouth as he progressed. After surgery there were numerous follow-up calls, follow-up visits to the office which I'm still doing. If I have any concerns, a simple phone call to the office, text, or calling Dr. Breiterman would result in an immediate response. I can not say enough about Dr. Breiterman and his outstanding staff. I am so very confident that I am in 'FANTASTIC HANDS' and highly recommend this outstanding office for all your dental issues/concerns."
