"I love this store."
"Beware when buying items online and returning by mail they do not refund shipping charges unless you call and argue. Website says free returns."
"Terrible customer service. Avoid this location. I bought Jordon 7 online, and since it didn't fit, we came to this store to return it. However, the manager refused to accept the return and said we have to go to a "real" Finish Line store (obviously this store is not "real"). He even threatened to call the security to "remove" us (we came with our one-year-old child and I can't imagine how he could have said that). My wife asked the manager's name but he's not willing to disclose it. We went to this store because their website directed us to this store for returns, which is also confirmed by the manager since he said "there's customers coming everyday trying to return Jordon". IMO, if they couldn't return the shoes because they are not a "real" Finish Line store and don't sell Jordon, they should at least update their website. Eventually we couldn't do anything and had to leave (in case we get "removed"). Very disappointed."
