"They need clearer signs about when they are/aren’t open. I walked into an open store (that had no hours posted) and the sales person was quite cold and distant and unhelpful. I asked to try something on and instead of stating she was closed as they apparently are on sundays, she gave me one shoe to try on which is absurd—one can’t tell anything about the shoe unless she can stand/walk in it and as it was a platform it was impossible to do without the mate. I would e been happy to come back had she just said something—instead she suffers in silence and treated me rudely like a nuisance without using words like an adult. I’ve had horrible experience with clergerie for in the past so wanted to try on in person and love in the neighborhood—little did I know such a simple thing was such a burden!"
