"Burlington! Not as organized but if you look closely, you will find what you are searching for.. my BIGGEST concern is the customer service!! The tall dark skin lady, Terrible!!!! Very terrible!!!! She should be in the back office sorting merchandise. Or better still, go for an INTENSIVE customer service training. I love Burlington, but She treated the customers with disdain!"
"The lines are always so long! Today over 1 hour wait to pay 10 registers and only 3 were open!! The manager was fiddling with returns rather then making sure the line moved. If it wasn't for my children whom became very restless! Standing in line for so long, I would have put everything back!! I may never go to a Burlington again!!"
"HORRIBLE! Went to the route 22 location in Union last night for a bodysuit. The line was so long, I was there for 40 minutes. Only 4 cashiers, I asked the manager if there was anything she could do to make the line go faster. She suggested that I fill out the questionnaire on the bottom of the receipt. Mind you she and another person were just standing there. Why couldn't SHE get on one of the cash registers. Just HORRIBLE, I'm getting the same sick feeling that I got last night just writing this. I had my two elderly parents waiting in the car and my 11 year old niece with me. I needed the bodysuit for a class she was taking. Due to the kindness of the people in front of me they let me go because I had ONE item. Why does it take 40 plus minutes to stand on a line to purchase 1 item. I will AVOID Burlington forever. It's the same at Jersey Gardens always a horrendous long wait! Just HORRIBLE!!"
