"My go to shopping store, my only disappointment with them is that they rarely if at all offer free shipping which is not consumer friendly since you can't return the online purchases instore. So you pay to get it and then you have to pay again to send it back if it doesnt fit. Once you spend at least $90-$100 online it should offer a perk to make you want to make the purchase"

"Ran in to do an exchange shortly before closing, which you know is a major annoyance in retail (coming from a retail background I know firsthand) Anyway the ladies were so nice and helpful! My item had been removed from the floor so the associate had to go to the back to get it. The whole process was quick and easy. Although the customer in front of me was a little rude, when it was my turn I was still greeted with a smile and friendly chat. Thanks Ladies!"
