"Best food made by the best people. Been ordering salads, sandwiches and platters from these guys for years. The brick and mortar store has been a huge hit as they can carry more items like side salads, pastas and imported items from Italy. Venti forever!"
"Great Italian Deli. Everything is so fresh, the bread, the mozzarella and the specials. Best homemade sandwiches on the east coast. My favorite is the classic chicken cutlet with fresh mozzarella & roasted red peppers. The best!!"
"Best sandwiches around bar none! The staff is super friendly. So glad we have this spot in the neighborhood ❤️"
"A much-needed addition to a growing neighborhood. With limited options in the immediate area serving fresh, quality food, Venti is a much-welcomed addition. Renowned for their success as a food truck, it is great to see this establishment transition to a brick and mortar location. Upon entering, the aroma of a traditional Italian deli takes over. The staff is great and is quick to prepare your order. I highly recommend their classic chicken cutlet sandwich. Comprising generous slices of fresh mozzarella and in-house roasted red peppers, encased within a freshly baked semolina roll, the combination of flavors and textures is unbeatable. You also can't go wrong with any of their variations of this sandwich, , with the spicy cutlet being a particular delight for those seeking a zestier experience. Do yourselves a favor by ordering their meatballs, either as an accompaniment to pasta or as a standalone side; they are some of the best you'll find in Jersey City."
"If you’ve ever been to Lioni’s in Bensonhurst, then you will probably love this place. While they didn’t yet have the Manhattan Special, Joe told me that they were working on ordering it. The chicken parm was amazing, which I ordered with the vodka sauce, bun was freshly made in-house, ingredients were fresh. Joe and the other Sicilian looking guy were also very friendly and even gave me a piece of gabagool while I waited for my sandwich. Restaurant was small yet cozy, great place for take out but did have some stools and tables to look out the window at academy street while you waiting for your food. Apologies that my ability to take a photo of food is not professional level but trust me half this sandwich going to fill you up!"
