"I ordered two pairs of Saucony sneakers size 9. I got two pairs of sandals size 7. I returned both items but was only credited for One pair. Have left several messages at Orva Shoes but have gotten no response. I want my sneakers or a refund."

"My wife bought some shoes from Orva through Amazon. I messed up and returned her other shoes. I talked with Amazon who contacted Orva and confirmed they would return the shoes to me for the cost of shipping. I was very happy with the arrangement. I then returned the correct shoes. I called Orva and left details so they could get a hold of me to charge me for shipping. They called back one time. I was busy and couldn't answer. I called back, no answer. Since then I've called and left messages 6 or 7 times. It's been a month now, and I've still not heard from them. I realize the initial mistake was mine. But I've tried and tried to contact them. It feels like they are ignoring me. I'll gladly remove this review if they can at least call me back. Please Orva, call me."

"Love this store. Great shoes, excellent selection, wonderful service. The only problem: you walk in for one pair and come out with two (or more) pairs you'll love. Highly recommended! I just want to add that there are clearly some reviews here that don't belong here because they are not reviewing the shoe store but some weird online shipping places. Disregard those. This shoe store is great."
