"My wife and I had a wheel bearing seize up on our travel trailer on the Garden State Parkway. The tow truck operator, Ken, got us to R and H where we were treated very nicely by Frank senior and Junior even though it was after closing time. They assessed the situation the next day and gave us a realistic timeframe for completing the necessary service. We were 3 hours from home so decided to go home and come back when the camper was fixed. They were true to their word - they estimated the repairs needed on a Wed and had it done for us by COB that Friday! With new bearings on all 4 wheels, and brake service on the seized wheel completed, we picked up the camper today and got home before dark. I can’t recommend R and H enough. "This was my 2nd time doing business with R&H. 1st time was 11-12 years ago. I just had 2 leaf springs added to my truck. I miscalculated on the weight on a homemade camper I built. When I explained to the service manager (I can't remember names, sorry) my situation and the urgency they went above and beyond to get me in I called Monday, the job was done Tuesday, and at the time they told me. All the employees were friendly and helpful, the 2 supervisors who I talked to, and explained how I would be using the truck, were very accommodating, understanding, and informative.
