"The other day, my wife's car experienced a flat tire. Road service mounted the spare donut at her place of employment. The next afternoon, unannounced, I brought the loose tire in to the local Firestone dealer (at 2001 Nj-35 in Wall Township). The hole could not simply be plugged because the imposing screw was in the unrepairable portion of the tire. This was explained to me, a replacement was quickly found, and the tire was ready for me to pick up before the end of the day. The cost was very reasonable. My wife and I always have our cars serviced at this Firestone location. We have never had a bad experience."

"Readily available to take your car in but they are the typical ‘take advantage of you’ type of mechanics. I’ve been here a couple times and they’ve told me I need additional work done despite me going there for just an oil change. When I refused they kept pushing to have the work done. In the end I just got my oil changed and went to another mechanic to confirm their findings, and they said my car had no issues. Don’t go here."

"Made a reservation online. Received a confirmation email. Called to reconfirm the confirmation just before I was to drop off the car, and was told they had no time to work on the car (that day). They made a reservation for the next day. I made an online reservation for the same time just to be 100% sure they didn’t drop the ball twice in two days. Just to be dead certain, I called before leaving to drop off the car to reconfirm the second reconfirmation. They said, your all set. I brought the car in, and was told they don’t work on those models (this after 4 confirmations of the make and model and time/day of reservation). I don’t know how they stay in business. The reviews are horrible. The cashier was polite and apologetic. Any company that is that sloppy with their customers, maybe shouldn’t be working on cars."
