"Horrible service !!! Called 45 minutes before arriving to make sure they had the shoe size needed and they did!!! They said they would hold! I get to the store they Sold it a few minutes before . What the hell!!! No accountability from anyone for what they did!So wrong ! So disappointed"

"Horrible service. Walked in today in hopes of finding shoes for my whole family but walked out with absolutely nothing. The staff working there today, December 31st around 3pm were clearly under the influence. I normally wouldn’t care but my family & I did not get any service until I went to the register with a handful of shoes. Upon finding someone to help, I could not understand them due to their mumbling. Spoke to another associate who was also obviously disoriented. I won’t ever shop that this location again. The unprofessionalism and discomfort I experienced here was something I never want to experience again."

"I bought a pair of Jordan breds and a pair of Jordan 6 rings online and had to return one of them and get a bigger size for the other. I was at the mall and got to the store a few minutes before they close (couldn’t find the store as they were listed as JD sports on the directory) And- I didn’t have the card that I originally used online. Bret- from the store reordered a bigger pair and gave me a gift card for the other pair. Very helpful and they stayed open till the transaction was complete! Three days later, I have the perfect fitting brand new shoes - in the size that I wanted - delivered. Great service!"

"Lots of stock to choose from. The worst customer service imaginable. No one cared about the customers including the salespeople, cashiers, and the manager. I guess that stores can survive without caring post covid, but I can’t envision it long term."
