"Walking in, not liking balloons and not knowing what would work for our event. The person behind the counter helped us make up our minds on what would look good and work for our event. It was painless and pick up was a sinch. I recommend including bagging to your initial purchase or bring some cash. The bags helped tremendously with transport."

"Too expensive, many really nice decorations and party supplies available at "dollar type stores". If you are creative with an eye for design....you can save a lot of money going that route. I just didn't see anything that was outstanding enough to make me want to pay the high prices Sorry I like getting the most for my money!"

"So i misplaced my receipt so i wanted to still leave some feedback.I love the remodel for sure easier to find things .All the staff was excellent but one stood out an that was Ms.Diane i hope i spelled her name right but she’s the real MVP I was having a tough time in the store on some list min items an she helped me all they way an made sure I had more than enough calmed me also cause lord knows i was stressing . I just want to say thank you to all the staff for a great experience btw Ms.Diana if you are able to see this my son bday turned out excellent . Will be returning soon ."
