"I would give 0 if I could. I bought two T-shirts for my husband’s birthday last month, and they were just way too long for him. Me and my husband went to this store in Soho for the return after being sent there from the World Trade Center Location. A woman with the brown short hair wearing a black leather jacket and gold necklaces asked if we want to exchange instead and said 10% of the sales will go to a child toys charity. We said we were okay and preferred a traditional return and her response was one of the rudest I have ever encountered. Her words were verbatim “That’s a shame. You’re taking away from children. I feel bad for them” That was incredibly unprofessional and immediately ruined our day. This was today 9/17 at 4:30pm."

"I walked in the other day to buy a suit, I had heard there was a sale, which there was on some suits 50% off, Th sales lady started showing me a bunch of options, I asked her each and every suit what the price was, she waved my questions away “don’t worry, it’s all 50% off”. I spent an hour picking and getting my Suit measured, I loved it, it was for a wedding I had coming up, I was expecting a bill of 800$ as it was 50% off of 1000$. The manager rang me up for 1345$ I wasted an hour of time, because the sales lady Angela, did not know the inventory. Beautiful clothing! Terrible service!!"

"Terrible service. Same as other reviews. Was in the store 20 minutes, no one asked if I needed help, eventually picked out what I wanted, went to the checkout, 3 behind the desk, stood there while I'm waiting, no one running it up."
