"Horrible customer service. My wife and I went in there just to get a sweater, and the male cashier clearly saw that we were in line, but helped a white lady who joined the line later than us first. I'm not blaming the white lady because she was probably not paying attention to her surroundings. However, the male cashier clearly saw that we were there first but still tended her first. Will never go there again."

"Customer service it’s horrible. I’m not understanding why there is no training platform in place for these establishments. I’ve noticed that in my neighborhood there are many people who fit the profile - it’s understood but please have them understand what customer service is. I’m unaware if you are in the phone or not when you have a head piece on. It is not my fault that you are taking care of internal matters in the floor when you should be helping customers. It’s sad to see that Managment isn’t training them in understanding what it means to take care of any guests. Color or race should not matter."

"I love this location from the deals to the styles. However, I am disappointed at how misleading their hours can be. Almost every time I step into this location the closing times are different. I tried to walk into this location just now and was denied because it was “closed”. To my surprise, the security guard expressed how that site “closes early on Thursdays.”It was 8pm and your online site states 9pm. This is not only false consumer marketing, but it is also annoying for those who frequent this place. Get your business hours together and stick to them!"

"Crappy service, the cashiers are the only good working employees there. I was there several times and literally you’re waiting forever just to try on clothes since employees seem to never be close by a customer on the floor. Elevator also has been broken for over 2 weeks with no signs fixture. It’s sad knowing this store just recently opened."
