"Stopped in this evening to pick up a few decorations for my son’s birthday. When I got home and inflated the balloon banner, I realized that instead of “HAPPY BDAY”, I only received “HAPPY”. Which is ironic because that it is not how I felt. Someone stole “BDAY” out of the package. I now noticed other posts where people mentioned being sold incomplete items. If this is a known issue, I wish staff would check at the register to make sure customers are getting what they’ve paid for. Disappointed to have to return tomorrow to try and resolve this."

"Love this Party City!! I've been going here for at least 20 years. It's our go-to spot for Halloween and birthday/baby shower/gender reveal parties! They always have what I'm looking for! The staff is always helpful too! Highly recommend for any party you're throwing! They're great!"

"I placed a large last minute balloon order at Party City. They had my balloons ready within a couple hours in plenty of time for my party. My only issue was that one of the balloons was already deflating as the order was brought to me. I had to point it out for it to be replaced (which it was, quickly). I just thought it was odd that it wouldn't have been replaced before I got there. Otherwise, it was super great."

"I don’t usually write reviews but I feel that managers of the store should know this. Today a staff member got upset and started inappropriately cursing at the cash register when it stopped working. She asked us to go to a different register to be helped except the other gentleman on the register made it clear he wasn’t happy about it. As we were getting our balloons inflated, the 2 girls filling the balloons started loudly talking about another customer who just left the store. Unprofessional to say the least."
