"Extremely disorganized. I called Costco ahead of time to order tires and purchase them. Everything was fine and no one told me it was a problem. They said they could put them on hold. I got there and they not only had them, but were being extremely rude. Rude and then trying to get me to buy a membership. I drove all the way in the snow with an appointment, was rude to and left this disorganized, careless money hungry establishment. I will never buy a membership after that. Do not go here for auto care. They turned a needy customer away in a snow storm."

"I absolutely love coming here, we originally signed up for them to be able to actually take and continue getting gas from them, but there are several things here that I do love to get that is better than anywhere else I can get it. We even got a really nice new silverware set here for an amazing price and we really needed it. The people that work here are super nice and very helpful. Will continue to come here for many years to go."

"Store is excellent as always, but there maybe a few bad apples among its employees. Twice my $50 steak was clicked twice during checkout process. Luckily I caught them and had to get manager to reverse the charge. Got a new set of tire at tire center lately. One of the tire was inflated to 45 psi instead the 35 psi as specified. I caught it when I recheck the tire pressure at home. I hope the guy in the shop was not trying to kill someone. You need to be on your guard at this store."

"Good Costco location. Very well maintained and clean. Helpful and friendly staff. I always find a decent parking spot even on busy weekends. Lines at checkout move fast, with a max wait time of about 5 mn for self checkout. No liquor available at this location. Gas and tire center available. Be prepared to have your membership card checked twice- entrance, and right before self checkout when they ask to see the picture."

"Jim is amazing. He’s one of the grounds manager and was perceptive to one of my needs. He came over unprompted and helped me load 18 boxes of flooring into my car at 8:38pm, 8 minutes past closing. Very grateful for his assistance!"
