"I used to love shopping at this store. However I recently had a bad interaction with one of the employees. What made this incident even worse was it was actually one of the managers at the store. Denise accused me of stealing within 5mins of me shopping in the store. I was going through the clothing and was being followed by her the entire time. This was very uncomfortable. I really don't appreciate the way she treated me. I will be going to a different Goodwill in the future."
"I read the negative reviews before I went and was not let down. I got to see the manager mentioned several times fighting with a lady who was obviously bald from cancer. I also had a personal issue with them not wanting to discount a shirt with damage and a missing button. To the fake owner that will be writing me an apology for my experience don't bother. You clearly don't care what happens here and are apparently well informed of the behavior and unwilling to actually do a anything but write fake apologize."
