"Horrible, crooks! Charged $32 to look at my new tire & tell me it couldn’t be plugged & I needed a new tire. Not just that! That I should replace the other front one which is also a new tire & there was nothing wrong with that one! Do not go here! They can’t be trusted. I then took my car to Goodyear after putting air in the tire & they charged me nothing! No $32 to look at the tire. Goodyear said since I have a BMW the car needs a certain tire for the all-wheel to work correctly. Which Undertoe apparently didn’t care or didn’t know. Goodyear sent me to Mavis where I ultimately got the tire I needed and the other front one was 100% fine."
