Mavis Discount Tire

"I got a flat tire coming home from Atlantic City last weekend. I put a donut on and started calling tire shops. I stopped into the Firestone across the street but they weren't able to help. The person I spoke with on the phone at Mavis was extremely reassuring and helpful so I headed there instead. I have an odd tire size so in the past it's been difficult for me to find replacements but Jessica did some digging and found they had 4 brand new in stock. Jessica was extremely helpful in going over the process and giving me an accurate estimate, as well as giving me some recommendations for how to kill time while the work was getting done. When I got the call that my service was finished, Tyler helped me settle up. Both Jessica and Tyler were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Because of Jessica, Tyler and Mavis, I had a smooth ride back to Philly and ended up having a pretty good day despite what would normally be a stressful situation. Thanks y'all!"

"I’ve got NO affiliation whatsoever with Mavis Tire so this review is sincere. Tyler D went above and beyond for my 83 year old mom who had a flat tire and lives on her own. Tyler went out of his way to accommodate her and get her back on the road and he did it all with a customer first attitude and communicates well. Highly recommend (this) Mavis location because of Tyler D!!"

"They will waste your time! I ordered tires with an Mavis associate and left my deposit to get 4 new tires for the next day. The guy informed me i was all set and can drop my car off to get serviced the following day. I arrived the next morning dropped my car off at 10:00am they confirmed my year make and model etc on my vehicle. I called numerous times throughout the day for an update on time, the lady Jessica told me it was gon be about two more hours. Three hours later 5:15 she called to inform me that they ordered the wrong tires and they’re closing in hour to come pick up my car !They literally kept my car all day and wasted my time. A tire shop who don’t kno how to order the correct tires smh. Mind you I gave him the information from my drivers side door. Smh the WORSE Tire shop !!! Spend your money at WALMART or Mr.TIRE!"

He took time from his day to ensure I felt cared for and heard, and walked me through the steps he took to show this would not happen again. What could have been a few hundred dollar fix wound up being budget friendly. I am extremely grateful to Oscar and his team! Thanks guys!!"
