"Most honest automotive repair garage you will ever find. Will not up charge. Will only do repairs that are needed. Case in point, over eight years ago, brought my son older truck for his first car. Saw weird stuff on battery cables. Took it to Ocean Heights thinking I needed a new battery. Brian took truck, came back 15 minutes later and said battery was fine, just needed cleaning. Point being, he could have sold me a new battery and I would have never known. Been with Ocean Heights ever since."

"Horrible customer service. Condescending and rude “You should be happy for this low price ticket” / “When I’ve been in business this long, I can charge these prices”. Beyond the cost and lack of communication and proceeding with services before I was notified, the delivery and customer service was completely unacceptable and the business should be ashamed of how they treat customers. *Fun fact - the light that was “serviced” came back on 2 hours later from pick-up* Will not waste my time or energy arguing with crooks."
