"I was desperately looking for the Uggs Tasman slippers. When I checked in the Hamilton Mall Journeys, Maurice told me they had just got a shipment and told me to com back in ten minutes. When I came back he went above and beyond to check if my size came in the shipment, even though they were still unpacking it. He was very helpful, friendly, and willing to help me with getting the pair of Uggs I've been looking for!"

"Every time that I have been to journeys they never ever have the shoe size that were looking for, whether it's for my daughter, my son or myself (which are all different sizes might I add)...they always offer ordering the size that you need but there also has been a few times where I have been completely out of stock to not even be able to order..my daughter got a pair of uggs for Christmas that she just wanted to exchange and she couldn't do so, so I ended up having to waste the money...we even tried picking something different out in the store however they didn't have her size for that either..…I'm giving it three stars because every time we go there and usually want to purchase something it's not available"
