"Came in yesterday afternoon to pick up a catering order and the staff were so nice! (It was just rice and beans) but they went the extra mile to make sure the food was made fresh and were very accommodating and friendly. Plus, I always get a good meal here. Thanks Bubbakoos Shrewsbury!"

"I usually love this place, but this locations employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. Me and my family were standing there for about 5 minutes until the guy in the back acknowledged us. The girl in the back just gave a nasty look. They told us they were out of a lot of things, which I understand. It happens. But while they were doing my burrito, the girl was just complaining the whole time about how bad her day is and how they don’t like the place. Right in front of me and my family. Barely even acknowledging we were there. Our burritos were about 75% rice, 25% the other stuff. After we sat down to eat , another guy came out and took another girls order. I’m sure I heard him call her bro. And he looked like he was on something. I usually don’t write reviews but the service and unprofessionalism i experienced needs to be recongized."

"If you are looking for healthy food on the go, but looking for something more filling than a salad try the Burrito Bowls here. Try and come up with a better option elsewhere, I dare ya!! Consistently clean, fast service and delicious healthy food."

"Haven't been to this chain in awhile and wasn't disappointed. I was greeted at the counter and the person making my food was very pleasant. Food was delicious and well priced for the amount of food. Recommended this to anyone that likes Chipotle but wants more flavors and options."
