Federico's Pizza Express Shrewsbury

"I made an order for 2 pizzas. I spoke directly to the person making the pies. He somehow messed the order up(thankfully I only ordered 2 items,more orders may have really sent him for a trip). I phoned to speak with him after few minutes of him cursing me out because the job was too tough,even though it's HIS JOB he invited me to a fight in the parking lot. I called back and couldn't get past his lil Toady he had answering his phone calls. Must happen alot"

"ordered a white pie, if u hate good pizza stay away. Because this was probably the best white pie i’ve ever had. perfect amount of cheese, oil, garlic and cooked perfectly."

"Went in and ordered my 2 slices and watched two guys stand at the counter eating over the pies on display.i didn't want to make a issue so I took my slice and left but did bring it to there attention to be told they where not paying attention.they literally had a conversation as the two guys stood over the pies chomping at there food over the displayed pies,and as I walked out the guy behind the counter said I shouldn't worry about it. sad part is I really like the pizza cause it's solid thin crust no whippy limpy crust,but there no excuse for any of that. Food is to be protected .I threw my slices in the trash not eating pies that someone ate food over ."

"I hate to give such a bad rating. I liked the place. I liked the vibe. The pizza however was just OK. I wasn’t a fan of the cheese. Maybe just a personal feeing - but I also hate when the cheese looks the same color as my skin."
