"I’m so tired of this location. I get the cinnamon crunch latte and it’s hit or miss. Zero flavor half the time. I get the text saying my food is ready, I walk in 10 mins later and it’s still not ready. They always mess up my orders."

"Snarky, condescending and rude cashier, Victor, only matched the attitude of the Assistant Manager, Shaimaa! She thought the cashiers attitude was acceptable, made excuses for him, and then laughed about it. I don’t think the regional manager will have the same impression when I call him tomorrow. I threw the food out at home expecting it to have been tampered with by Victor who was now back where they package the food."

"I recently picked up lunch on Saturday for three people after eating the half a sandwich with the onions and soup me and my sister-in-law got violently sick for me 15 minutes after eight the food I had to go to nearby ShopRite and go to the bathroom. I had severe stomach cramps, possibly food poisoning my sister-in-law hours later her stomach was hurting and she had diarrhea all day on Sunday as well as I all day on Sunday today is Monday and I’m still feeling the cramps in my stomach and still feel nauseous and need to go to the bathroom. I’ve written to Corporate for full refund and to be compensated as I unable to go to work today, because I am still sick I’ll never ever eaten any Panera restaurant ever again this is the worst feeling I’ve ever ever had , and to be sick past 48 hours. In addition, the steak sandwich sandwich was very dry and the room temperature was not as expected. The main reason for this post is because me and my sister-in-law got very sick from the food at this location. I’m waiting to hear back from Corporate ."

"My name is Bryan Castillo-Chico and I am currently on military leave for deployment but if I had to describe Panera Bread it would be FAMILY. Honestly I work there and will continue to work there the managers are very good people staff and food is phenomenal and everyone there is super friendly no matter what. Panera Bread in my eyes will always be a place to have fun. I would recommend working there as they are truly amazing people very supportive and caring of their employees im glad to be working with nice people. Thank you Panera Bread for all those memories and I will be back soon. LOVE YOU ALL"

"Came in to try the new seasonal offerings and they were very good. Food prepared well, accurate and fast. Would definitely eat at this location again. Autumn soup and lobster mac were my favorite choices"
