"This guy thinks he’s selling new parts and when I told him what it costs new he gave me a excuse that’s how things are now a days nobody want to pay what he wants yea cause you are over priced"
"Old man(owner) thinks every part has gold in it, been there a couple times looking for random thunderbird, jeep and mustang parts. wanted top dollar for everything, crack in tail light" ya thats worth $60 easily" for a 95 grand cherokee tail light. Are you kidding?!!!??? $20 tail light all day"
"We have done business with this family for many years. Quick service and fair prices paid for junk cars that you want to get rid of. Cash money paid. Fast and friendly service. Great place for used car parts. I will continue to use them for years to come. Thanks for providing excellent and quick service."
"We needed parts for our 4runner & since my husband’s family has dealt with Friendship for many years we figured we'd go to familiar place even though we needed to drive up from DE. It's @ 2 1/2 hours away but we figured it was worth it. Well I will NEVER return after our most recent escapade with them. Not only did we drive up and due to traffic arrived at 430pm. They close at 5pm. They wouldn't let us in. So even though I felt that was absolutely absurd my husband wanted to return because they seemed to be the only one that had what we needed. So we returned a few days later. Not only were we spoken to with the rudest tone of voice we were rushed out of there at 5pm on the dot. Never in my life did I ever encounter a businessman (if that's what he calls himself) that closed his doors with a customer finishing up their business especially knowing that they had just made a several hour drive to their establishment. My husband finished with having a discussion with the man closing up shop for the day by stating that we would be back and this man proceeded to say and I quote "I don't want you back". He must have realized what just came out of his mouth and tried to make light if it by saying he was only joking around but I find that to be in poor taste and not funny one bit. I was blown away by the rudeness and lack of class along with the lack of respect for not only a customer in general but one that is the family member of a long standing business relationship. I am a business owner myself and never could I imagine ever treating one of my clients in such a disrespectful manner. Never. It blows my mind that these people have been in business this long if this is the way they treat their customers. I will never return there again. I will find the parts I need another way or I will go without."
"Wear boots! First time I went there, after a good friend suggested, showed up about an hour after they opened, ended up being there until they closed and had to go home empty handed because I was unable to remove the parts I was after in time. The staff thanked me for being packed up and ready to leave when they sounded the horn, instead of them having to come find me to tell me to leave. No issues arose when I explained I would have to return the following day to continue where I left off. Half a day, arriving at about noon on the second day, unfortunately I had to tell them I would be back again the next day, again they were understanding. On the third day, after an hours time, I was hauling out the parts I needed for a fair price. Being my first time getting that deep into an automobile project, I went through some trial and errors, got really dirty, but ultimately, I stuck to my guns and it worked out well for all parties involved! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for car parts! Thanks Friendship!"
