Kohl's

"Kohl's charges more than other stores on many items then pretends to mark items down on sale and offer Kohl's cash. I made the mistake of buying here at Christmas. I earned 100.00 in Kohl's cash but forgot to redeem it during their specified time period. I went into the store and was told tough luck because it expired 2 weeks ago. Such a gimmick! If you can afford to offer the cash, let it be good for a reasonable time period or make your items more affordable and not give the Kohl's cash. Not everyone wants to or can shop again 10 days after earning the Kohl's cash. They didn't even try to offer me a partial credit or anything! I'm done with this store and I hope someone sees this!"

"I used to enjoy shopping here, but the last time I was in was a migraine nightmare. Perfume permeated the entire front half of the store. Coupons are practically worthless now as it seems like every name brand is excluded."

"I returned and picked up on line orders and kohls made it so easy. Store pickup in two hours or delivery in three days. And price point of the sweaters I ordered was more than half the cost of sweaters from Amazon. the quality of the sweaters was perfect."

"The customer people here are the most hostile in the world. I arrived and asked for a product in a bad way they told me where to find it. It took me almost 30 minutes to find it in the area they indicated to me. When I went to pay both Cashier ladies are super hostile and make customers feel like criminals. good luck prospering with this business, I wonder why I didn't see people buying lol, with that customer service support I won't go back."
