"Our LG dishwasher broke after 6 months. We had a repair tech from LG come out abd Dennis made it worse. I called bestbuy and a tech came out. He tried to fix and replaced parts. Still broken. Called bestbuy told us it was LG problem because we have a 1 year replacement warranty with them. LG said take it up with bestbuy... I have called and escalated with LG and twice in 3 buisness days. Still no response. Was told I have to wait another 3-5 buisness days for response! We don't have a working dishwasher thats under a year old!!! Come on bestbuy! Stand behind your loyal customers. Especially those who have credit cards with you! Replace our dishwasher."

"I had a washing machine delivered on November 20 when they delivered it and installed it they broke the connections to the water line. Thus leaving me a machine that flooded my basement. We had to jump thru so many hoops to have it replaced because they damaged it too far for repair. Bottom line go to your neighborhood store for a machine. Best Buy customer service sucks"

"I haven't been inside a Best Buy in a couple of years. This store was very clean, smaller but spacious and easy to navigate. Wide isles, almost seemed like wasted space. A lot of the inventory was low or none existent but it was the morning after a holiday weekend. We were fortunate to find something close to what we were looking for."

"About a month and a half ago I ordered a Samsung refrigerator from Lowe's. They told me it would be delivered in a week and a half. It was rescheduled and back ordered four times since the original order. After getting a phone call last week saying it wouldn't be here until January I canceled the order and went over to best buy. I asked if they had the refrigerator available and they said that while it wasn't in that store they did have it in their warehouse and it could be delivered within a week. I was very reluctant because of what I went through with Lowe's but they assured me that they would not do that and Isaiah even went the extra mile to speak with management before placing the order. With absolutely no issues at all my refrigerator was delivered today, less than a week since I went and ordered it. I could not be more pleased with the store, the workers, or how they do business."
