"The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Wawa. My DoorDash left 3/4 of my order and I was forced to reorder it and go pick it up. They expected me to take the old food that was there for over an hour. I explained to them that although the order was the same I didn't want to take what was there if they could please remake it. They pretended to prepare the food again and reheated my pizza. The worst of all is the attitude of the worker, not only was the discomfort noticeable, she was talking about us in front of us and was not discreet at all."

"Love that they don't charge extra for ice when you fill up your travel cup. When you place an order ahead of time, it is ready and waiting for you when you arrive. In addition, the gas part does not charge to use their air pump. Even if I have to pay a few cents more for gas (rare), I will come here because of those conveniences."

"Lost my wallet here today. Left the store and realized that it’s not in my pocket. Came back 15 min later, asked cashier and he said someone brought in my wallet. Everything was there, nothing was stolen or lost. Thank you to the person who found it. Thank you very much! You are awesome human!"
