"Dissappointed is an understatement! Decided to come to Tre as the food had been good the previous time we've gone. Upon arriving around 6pm, the hostess asked if the covered outdoor area was ok. I agreed, as I assumed the many empty tables in the main room were reserved. She walked us towards the outdoor area, past more empty tables and seated us in the literal back corner. We didn't think too much of it since that was the only 2 seater table at the section, but looking back it was so unnecessary since no one else was seated there during the rest of our time there. It almost felt like they were hiding us in the back for some reason. Once we sat down, we realized there was a large party being held at the other end of the room. Not an issue for us. We sat and chatted for a while, then noticed no server had come to greet us or offer water which we excused away as them being busy with the party/Friday crowds. We spent the next ten minutes trying to spot and wave over a server but it didn't seem like there were any in the party section either. We got up and walked out after having been seated for 30 minutes without any service from anybody. Busy or not, that is unacceptable! At that point we would have just waited for a table in the main room! We walked right in front of the hostesses who seemed to have forgotten who we were as well. Not sure if she maybe seated us in an area that she shouldn't have but we genuinely don't care to know anymore. Unfortunately, we will not be returning - the food is good, but not good enough for this nonsense."

"Well, the drinks were amazing. The pizza was amazing and the burger was cooked very well. The burger could have used more seasoning and the fries could’ve been a little bit more well done and could have used more condiments because they offered only blue cheese, ketchup, mayo, and hot honey. 18$ for a burger w/ fries and no flavor really hits home because I get you wanna care about a style, but also care more about the flavor and not just the content"

"I would give a total of five stars if the hostess was not waving her hands in my bosses face when we asked to be accommodated for a party of 30+ Pre Planned . A professional would have said, "Let me handle the situation , please give me a moment. The tables were all separated, and then we had to wait an additional 30 minutes to be accommodated properly before the tables were moved . All and all, after that mishap, the food and service were good. Georgia was most attentive to us. She prebussed and stopped and spoke to us individually instead of making us feel like an auctioneer. The other male waiter was ok, my ice cream melted while i waited for a clean spoon from kitchen. Mr Kash has several wonderful restaurants and hopefully in the future our holiday parties if celebrated at Tre will not start off horribly like this one."
