Bubbakoo's Burritos 4345 U.S. 9, Manalapan Township, NJ 07728

"We had never been to a Bubbakoo’s Burritos location before, but my sister wanted to eat something other than American food, and we were going to the mall, so we found this place. It reminded us of a Chiptole/Moes, where they make the food in front of you, but honestly, this was a lot better than Chiptole and Moes. First of all, the value of the food is incredible because of the amount of food you get. The food was also delicious and prepared pretty quickly. I got a quesadilla with shredded chicken, and it was PACKED with meat and cheese. Out of the three people in my party, we got one combo which came with our choice of curly fries. We struggled to eat our meals AND share the one order of curly fries. In fact, I think the quesadilla could have really been two meals on its own. The food was very flavorful, and there are a lot of different options for making your food. The people working were awesome and super nice. I definitely would come back to visit again!"

"Won’t be back to this location. I work in the plaza and I have been a long time customer of the point pleasant location. Today I visited on my break which I ordered a chiwawa. When I got to the register and she ran my card - I asked how to input this into the rewards. There was a language barrier and she got her supervisor. The supervisor was then confused. I just asked for the receipt which I will handle myself. Then I realized that she charged me $2.75 for nacho cheese on a chiwawa. I explained to him that chiwawa comes with nacho cheese - queso is an upcharge. He pointed at the portion of the menu where it states that it’s an upcharge, however, if he knew his product - a chiwawa is a “cheesy rice ball smothered with cheese”. So I pulled up the location on the app and showed him how online it does not have an upcharge on nacho cheese for a chiwawa (whereas a burrito was). I was very frustrated at this point because if he would’ve told me it’s an upcharge before placing it on my entree - we wouldn’t have this issue. Other than that, I got back and the meat on my entree was inedible. Entire staff tried it - don’t worry we all will avoid this location. The location also is very dirty- like you have to wipe your own table to sit. Register area disgusting as well. Anyways, If your still reading this- get Qdoba down the road."

"We brought our food back to the house and we ordered burritos but they came in a quesadilla we also ordered meat in it and there was 1 peace of it we asked for black beans there was no black beans in there at all this place is just terrible"

"We were there for the second time today, took chicken burrito bowls for the family for dinner. At 6:30 PM they were running short on basic things like rice, lattice, guacamole. What I got in my bowl was scratched rice from the base, I asked the person making my bowl thrice to refill but he purposefully ignored me. Very rude staff totally lack basic courtesy. Ordered fries he got them for the kitchen in about 5 mins but made me wait for another 10 when I asked him are fires ready he said NO. And then after 10 mins game me the same box.. Don’t know who owns this place but surely they don’t want to do business here .. this one is absolutely out of my list .. Mediocre food served by horrible staff."
