Mezza Luna Italian Restaurant

"I usually come here for good food and atmosphere. Today went here for lunch and first thing I noticed is the table is fility and sticky, on top of that silverware, plates and cups are dirty. This will be my last time dining here. On top of that I saw a string or something on my food. In the past we are greeted with a pitcher of water and bread. We waited and waited don’t need to ask and they instantly supposed to bring them to us. After all the food arrived she asked us if we want water. Duh what you think we are waiting for??? I saw you give out other customers pitcher of water and bread and they didn’t even ask. Things like this don’t need to ask. There are problems with clean plates cups and silverware at this place. Come on I had to show the waiter how disgusting dirty the plate and the lipstick marks still on the glass. Shape up guys you are losing customers like this"

"Me and my family have ordered from Mezza Luna for years!! We've catered food for many parties throughout the years but recently the past 3 times we ordered within the last 2 months, the food is horrible! Nothing tastes the same, the pizza is gross, and the pasta and vodka sauce tastes nothing like it used to! Idk what is going on, if maybe they are skipping out on good ingredients, or new cooks? But I'm done. Will never order again unfortunately"

"It’s been a while since I ordered take out from here. Food is good, take out time was slightly off. Order the works, a white clam pie, and a California chicken sub. The sub was good, the pizzas might have been better served there than take out. By the time the pies came home, the pizza was soaked in the residual fluids from the toppings and the slices were soggy and fell apart. Other than the sogginess, the food was good."

"Got a text from Mezza Luna that our food was ready for pick up. Went there and ended up waiting for another 15 minutes. Food quality was average for the price. Salad pizza and calzone were pretty good."

"Food does not taste as good as it used to be. Also a 3% surcharge on credit card, and extra charge for salad with the dinner. First time trying the pizza, it was just ok. Fried Calamari and Chicken Marsala were average. Chicken Parm was overcooked, a bit dry. Eggplant Parm needed some salt. Penne Vodka sauce was too thick and not enough sauce."
