"Determined staff, always willing to help costumers in need, and overall great service. One of the few stores still worth visiting the mall for. Very clean environment compared to other local forever 21s. All around very good clothes in stock as well. No complaints."

"I went in there to buy a bodysuit and they didn’t have my size in the one I was looking or so they offered me a different one but wouldn’t let me try it on so when I go home it did not match and no one told me I could not return it when I bought it and nor does it say it on the receipt so I went to return it a few days later I never even put it on my body and they started yelling at me saying I should know their policy when how was I supposed to know if no one told me."

"So the employee are the worse, I work in a business so I dress business casual so I wear heels but had time to go to the mall so I wore slides with my dress cuz I didn’t care right!! Not trying to impress anyone then I bring my bag cuz I go to the gym!! So I get stopped by security saying that I was saw putting stuff in my bag the security guard searched my stuff nothing in it!! So I confronted the lady she could not stop looking at my feet!! So I got the feeling it was the way I looked !! I will literally will never shop at this place ever again it’s a shame cuz I shop here a lot but I ain’t giving my money to any place that hires people like that!! It’s crazy that people like her are even aloud to work in customer services!!!"

"BUy one, Get one FREE! I didn't know Forever 21 had a home division? This store had neon tube lights that spelled RELAX, BUY ONE GET ONE FREE 2 for $12. I'm going to check them out online!"
