"I ordered food and paid online and they closed 3 minutes after I showed up with no notification, and when I called to request a refund, THE MANAGER YELLED AT ME OVER THE PHONE AND CURSED AT ME when I was completely calm. HE BEGAN TO MOCK ME LAUGHING after I laughed at how ridiculous he was being. This fully happened with my sister on a separate occasion when HE REACHED OUT A DAY AFTER THEY ORDERED TO COMPLAIN that they didn’t tip a driver when they tipped over 10 dollars. Complete disrespect of the customer and industry. Terrible Service. Never got my refund. WISH 0 STARS WAS AN OPTION BECAUSE 1 STAR IS PUSHING IT edit. I spoke to the same man on the phone who began to talk over me and did not let me speak the whole time when I just simply requested a refund. I paid for food and I did not receive the food. I arrived to the store 3 minutes after closing and there was no employee “waiting 30 past close”. What’s crazy is that I didn’t even order over Slice. He’s honestly forgotten what it means to be in the service industry because he has just lost long time patrons who have seen him getting worse with his customers recently. I honestly apologize for the note that was left, my friend only just told me he left it and was unserious. But now you are saying that their support is “fake negative reviews” when then also experienced your disrespect. I was completely polite when I called and I just wanted to get my mothers money back as it was a special occasion for us."

"I’m surprised to see Angelo’s only has a 4.3 rating! We eat at Angelo’s before my daughters gymnastics class and also order for delivery (usually Grubhub) and we have never been disappointed! The food is always delicious and the owner is very pleasant and friendly."
